MOT Stays Active with Marlon’s Midweek MOTivation Workout! (Episode 1 – 4)

Starting in April, MOT SA started its very own workout which is run by our Programmes and Training Officer, Marlon Van Diemen.

The aim of the workout is to get rejuvenate MOT Enthusiasts during the lockdown period and even after by staying active, healthy and energised with simple exercises!

The exercises focus on loosening muscles that are caused by a lack of movement by doing very simple exercises!
